Shining On a Rainy Day

I still can't believe I had to bury my sister so soon. She was doing so well the day before she passed... I really don't understand what happened. I saw too much at the hospital when she passed. I've never seen anything so horrifying... my sister... I miss her so much... 

I love you Carmen. I wish you were still here so we can insult each other like we used to. We always came up with something hilarious to say. Thank you for being there to make me laugh when my heart was broken. Thank you for coming to Genesis and following Jesus. I'll never forget you. I love you forever.
