And that's exactly true.
If we had only comfort, we could never understand what pain is, or why it upsets people.
If we only had success, and never failure... Then the first minor disappointment would be life-crushing.
Shadows are only a present sign that there can be NO light without the dark. And the opposite is true, too. A good thing to remember for sure!
